The following papers using a limited sample of the NASP Omega data were presented at the 2005 Annual Meeting of the Association for Public Policy Analysis and Management. (Nov 3-5 Washington, DC). These papers present limited findings from the NASP Omega public sector data as of Oct 15, 2005. We are continuing to collect public, private, and nonprofit sector responses. These papers indicate initial findings and should not be cited or quoted without the express permission of the authors.
